Important Message from USA Boxing!                   Annual Athlete Physicals Required to Compete
ALL athlete members shall have proof of a current physical in their passbook to be able to compete in USA Boxing sanctioned events.
                              
Welcome to the 2024 Southern California State Amateur Boxing Championships.

This competition is scheduled as a three day tournament. EARLY REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED due to the limited amount of boxers and total bouts allowed.

Registration Entry Forms are numbered in the order that they are received and will first be placed in the brackets, then will be entered into the Draw.

All Entry Forms need to be received by June 15, 2024  to qualify for Brackets. NOT A GUARANTEE IF RECEIVED LATE

FIRST TO REGISTER ---- FIRST TO BE ENTERED IN THE DRAW
  • Due to the three day tournament, bouts will be limited 
  • Maximum of 8 boxers per bracket will be assigned
  • If there are over 8 boxers for the bracket entered, a bracket may or may not be split
  • If there are over 8 boxers,  these additional entries will become alternates if one of the first 8 boxers pulls out
  • First to Register will be first to the draw.
  • All Entry Forms will be numbered as received by mail.

COACHES, BOXERS & PARENTS PLEASE READ

     All boxers must weigh-in on the day of their scheduled bout
    Only weight-in on the day(s) you box

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
MAKE SURE YOU TELL YOUR BOXERS, ESPECIALLY YOUNG OR NEW TO TOURNAMENTS,

1st   They must use the TRIAL SCALE to check weight.
2nd  They will proceed to the  OFFICIAL SCALE to be OFFICIALLY WEIGHED IN by the Weigh Master
3rd  The WEIGH MASTER will write down the OFFICIAL weight on the bout sheet MAKE SURE YOUR BOXER VARIFIES THIS before leaving the weigh in area!
4th  Proceed to Pre Bout Physicals
